These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Neo Decor iOS application (“App”) operated by GLIMMEREYE VENTURES LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Neo Decor.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Neo Decor offers free features and premium features via paid subscriptions.
  
  
• All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store.
  
  
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
  
  
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
  
  
• We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law.
  
  

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  
  
• Not upload, share, or create any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
  
  
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  
  
• Not use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  
  

4. Image Uploads & Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload to Neo Decor.
  
  
• By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process them for the purpose of providing the redesign feature.
  
  
• We will not use your content for advertising without your explicit consent.
  
  
• You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on third-party rights.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (including design, software, and generated results) are owned by GLIMMEREYE VENTURES LIMITED or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  
  
• That redesign results will meet your expectations or be suitable for a specific purpose.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLIMMEREYE VENTURES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, if necessary, through in-app notifications.

Continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
