This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User” or “you”) and GLIMMEREYE VENTURES LIMITED (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and governs your use of the Neo Decor iOS application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the App.
  
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except where allowed by applicable law.
  
  
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  
  

2. Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and intellectual property, is owned by GLIMMEREYE VENTURES LIMITED or its licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer to you any ownership rights in the App.

3. Content You Provide

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload to Neo Decor.
  
  
• By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for providing the redesign feature.
  
  
• You must have all necessary rights to any content you upload.
  
  

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The App may include paid subscription options.
  
  
• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
  
  
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
  
  

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us.

We may terminate your license if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to:

• 
  Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  
  We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLIMMEREYE VENTURES LIMITED shall not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cyprus.
